Where's my order?

We currently check the orders manually so please have some patience,

If you dont receive your order within 3 days please contact us.

How do I send a gift to someone?

If you want to send a gift just check the box "Purchase as gift" and continue your purchase, make sure you enter the correct Minecraft name!

What is your return policy?

We do not return your purchases.

I did not receive my order im going to a lawyer!

You can not go to a lawyer that we did not give you the purchase, if you purchase something you agree with our T.O.S. Neither you should send a ticket.

I can't press the donate button?
